Proning the Conscious COVID-19 Patient

It is important to remember to prone the conscious COVID-19 patients who are at high risk of impending acute hypoxemic respiratory failure. Maintaining the supine position in the COVID-19 patient, even with the head of the bed elevated may be detrimental. It is imperative to closely monitor and follow your organization's guidelines.
